The legal document required by law that we use is called a Verification of Employment.
Your Employer(s) for the last 2 years fill in data from their records such as:
- Base Pay or Salary
- Overtime
- Commissions
- Bonuses
- Date Hired
- Position Held

Before The Work Number the only way to get a verification of employment was to have a representative from the company’s HR physically fill out the VOE.

Your Social Security Number
Your Birth day
Your Employee Number: This is normally found on your paycheck.
Other Info: They may ask you Something that is not listed here. If that is the case normally your HR will give you the info needed
